Order Processing
All orders are subject to administrative review prior to shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, or verification requirements.

Shipping Methods
Shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout where applicable. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and regulatory requirements.
IsoPep Sciences reserves the right to select the appropriate carrier for secure delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Average delivery times are 2 to 7 business days. IsoPep Sciences is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service interruptions
- Weather events
- Customs processing
- Governmental action
- Incorrect address provided by purchaser
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Purchaser is responsible for verifying import legality in their destination country.
- Purchaser is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
- IsoPep Sciences does not guarantee successful customs clearance.
- Orders delayed, seized, or rejected by customs authorities are not eligible for refund.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, IsoPep Sciences is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, purchaser must file a claim directly with the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery may be subject to reshipping fees.
Please verify your delivery address at checkout. If you need to update an address, contact support@isopepsciences.com as soon as possible, and please note we cannot make changes once an order has shipped.
Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives visibly damaged, please follow these steps:
Email support@isopepsciences.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photographic documentation of the damage.
Approved claims may qualify for replacement or refund at our discretion.
