Return & Refund Policy

At IsoPep Sciences, we are committed to maintaining the integrity and quality of our research materials. Due to the specialized nature of peptide and small-molecule products, all sales are considered final — with the limited exceptions explained below.

IsoPep Sciences Accepts Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days. There is no return shipping cost and no restocking fee. To start a claim, email support@isopepsciences.com with your order number and photo documentation.

Returns

IsoPep Sciences accepts returns and issues refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect products only. We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering errors, or refused deliveries. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, proper storage conditions, and compliance with laboratory handling standards. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery at support@isopepsciences.com. For fastest resolution, we recommend reporting issues within 48 hours of receipt. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographic documentation (packaging and product)

Approved claims qualify for a full replacement or refund. There is no cost to the customer and no return shipping is required. We do not charge restocking fees on any approved claim. For shipment specific timelines and carrier information, please review our Shipping Policy.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment

If you reach us before your order leaves our facility, we will cancel and refund in full.

Verified Shipping Damage

Photo evidence submitted within 48 hours of delivery qualifies for refund or reshipment.

Incorrect Item Fulfillment

If we shipped the wrong product, we will refund or send the correct item at no cost to you.

All refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days of approval. There is no restocking fee and no return shipping cost to the customer. You can confirm what we sent by reviewing the Certificate of Analysis for your batch.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us immediately at support@isopepsciences.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Because we process orders quickly — often the same business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST — we recommend reaching out as soon as possible. See our Shipping Policy for full processing and dispatch timelines.

Non-Returnable Items

All peptide and small-molecule research materials are non-returnable due to quality-control and laboratory safety standards. Once a vial leaves our controlled storage environment, we cannot reintroduce it to inventory regardless of whether the seal is intact.
