Not a Compounding Pharmacy

IsoPep Sciences and Sci IP LLC are not licensed pharmacies and are not operating as a 503A or 503B compounding facility under applicable U.S. law.

No products are compounded, dispensed, or distributed for patient specific or clinical use.

Purchaser Eligibility & Representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You possess the necessary knowledge and training to handle research materials safely.
• You are purchasing solely for legitimate research or analytical purposes.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
• You will not use, resell, or distribute products for human or animal consumption.

Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Termination & Enforcement

Company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or terminate any order, transaction, or account
• Refuse service without notice
• Cancel pending or completed transactions

This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:

• Suspected product misuse
• Unauthorized use
• Violation of these Terms
• Any activity that may expose the Company to regulatory or legal risk

Such actions may be taken immediately and without prior notice.

International Orders

If purchasing from outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for determining whether products may be lawfully imported, possessed, or used in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for all duties, taxes, permits, and customs requirements.
• Company makes no representation regarding legality outside the United States.
• Products seized, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities are not eligible for refund.

Orders, Payment & Administrative Review

All orders are subject to administrative review and acceptance.

Company reserves the right to:

• Require invoice based payment
• Request identity or use verification
• Limit quantities
• Refuse service

Orders are not final until payment has been received and accepted.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the specialized nature of research materials, all products are non returnable once shipped.

Claims for damaged or incorrect shipments must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographic documentation. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Product Disclaimer

All products are supplied “as is” for research purposes only.

Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non infringement

All research materials carry inherent risks. Purchaser assumes all risks associated with handling and use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Total cumulative liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sci IP LLC, IsoPep Sciences, and their officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Improper or unlawful use of products
• Violation of applicable laws
• Breach of these Terms
• Misrepresentation of purchaser qualifications

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the purchase of products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Delaware.

Force Majeure

Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supply chain disruption, governmental action, or carrier delays.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Modifications

Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
